Ben teaches a holistic approach to self-care and self-improvement. The mind, body, and spirit are addressed in a positive, peaceful environment through self-care exercises such as meditation, yoga, and breath-work, empathetic exploration, wellness coaching, and more.
This approach cultivates wellness of the mind, body, and spirit symbiotically, allowing you to feel good about your whole self. It is also an approachable and affordable service: no past experience in meditation, yoga, or wellness is required, and hour-long appointments cost just $40 with a free first visit available for anyone who is interested in seeing what a program in serenity and self-care might mean to them.
